Let’s flashback to 2012 – our team identified a shift in how organizations needed to respond to emergencies. Organizations knew they needed something agile that could be easily updated and easily communicated.
We knew that before Response, communication channels were not defined, and binders sat in company trucks unopened and under appreciated. As a result, communication was inefficient, reactions disjointed, and response teams were not moving forward in lockstep. After our team identified the gap in the ERP process, we knew there was a need to develop something that could keep the business relevant, innovative and effective.
